Responsibilities:

• Focus on local customers and manage customer quality issue solution (whole RMA process following up, RMA Triage for unnecessary RMA reduction)
  
• Update customers in a timely fashion regarding the status of quality issues or any requests
  
• Build good relationship with local customer for problem solving, quality improvement, quality performance tracking and customer satisfaction
  
• Work with local Application Team / TAM closely for phone level quality issue problem solving solution
  
• Cooperate with global CQE/PQE and related team for quality issue following up and worldwide CQE strategy implementation
  
• Work with local sales/ Customer Service/ TAM team closely especially for customer related PCN notification generation and following up
  
• Survey key customers frequently for quality review, QBR meeting
  
• Support QCT EMS team and involve in China RoHS regulation implementation
  Support more offshore facilities of worldwide customers
  
• Support CQE Lab maintenance and conduct initial analysis for suspected defects

• Written and spoken English proficiency
• 3 – 5 years of mechanical design engineering experience in the mobile market, ideally in relation to electronic products. Know-how in documentation (drafting, ECO, revision control, etc.) and DFM.
• CAD skills (SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD)
• Experiences in PCB and FPC design, manufacturing, and process control are strong pluses.

• Willing and able to travel internationally (up to 20%)

Responsibilities:

• Mechanical layout of capacitive sensors
• Design of assembly and integration of company products into customer requirements
• Evaluate specifications and negotiate with sales or customers
• Thorough documentation (bills of materials, drawings, specifications, etc.)
• Release new products into manufacturing at offshore contract manufacturers and support contract manufacturers / sensor vendors and partners
• Design for manufacturability and assembly
• Work with USA/Taiwan mechanical team to manage design library and revision control tasks
• Work closely with PM, SE, Testing, QA, FW to ensure the on-time delivery of projects with good quality.
• Also work with marketing and sales to provide technical support to pre-sale activities with customers.
