Requirements:

Our client is one of the leading practices in both Hong Kong and China. The group is now looking for a finance lawyer with 3 - 5 years practicing experience to join the Hong Kong office.

The ideal candidate should have gained experience from a leading firm and will have experience in a broad range of banking and finance related matters in Hong Kong and Asia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with some of the market’s leading lawyers in the areas of syndicated lending, acquisition finance, leveraged buy-outs, insolvency and restructuring as well as derivatives and structured finance.

The candidate should preferably be Hong Kong admitted, although admission in other Commonwealth jurisdictions will also be considered.

The ability to speak Mandarin and read and write Chinese is essential for this position
